ONLINE PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION
DEAR SEET AND SMAT STUDENTS:
LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS:
PLEASE NOTE:
1. ALL DEACTIVATED ACCOUNTS HAVE BEEN REACTIVATED.
2. THE PASSWORD TO ALL PORTAL ACCOUNTS HAVE BEEN RESET TO THE DEFAULT
PASSWORD (password)
3. HENCEFORTH, TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE PORTAL, USE YOUR REG. NUMBER AS
THE USERNAME AND THE DEFAULT PASSWORD (WHICH IS password- ALL IN LOWER
CASE) AS YOUR PASSWORD.
4. THIS NOTICE APPLIES TO FIRST TIME USERS AND OLD USERS OF THIS PORTAL.
5. THE LOGIN (ATTEMPT) COUNT HAS ALSO BEEN INCREASED FROM 3 TO 50.
To register your courses you must have been cleared, paid your fees online , obtained a Registration Number and clicked on the registration tab.
 

Online Payment

1. Once you have been cleared you can start the login process with your Registration Number and a default password which is "password".
2. You will be presented with a post-login page which would have your details i.e your program of study, your school.
3. On the top right hand corner of the page there’s a link called ‘Pay Fees’. Click on this link to get to the fee selection page.
4. Select the fee that concerns you e.g. School fees and click on ‘Add Selected Item to My Fees List’.
5. Then Click on Confirm Payment.
6. Select the payment mode eg pin then click on Pay Now.
7. Click on Pay Now again to be transferred to the chosen payment method .
8. From the Pop-up window, review finally the payment including the transaction charge by the Payment processor and Click on ‘Proceed’.
9. Put in your card pin in the space provided. You will also note that the amount you are to pay has already been presented for you.
10. Click on Pay.
11. The payment acknowledgment page comes up next.
12. Wait for the ‘System updates have been completed’ message below the left side of the window to appear and then click on the button ‘Return to Portal’ to close the window.
13. Next you will be prompted to change your default password to one of your choice. You will not be allowed to proceed beyond this point if you do not change your default password, this is for security reasons.
14. Click on the “Continue” Button.
15. You will be automatically logged into the portal.
 
 

Online Registration

1. Click on the Registration Tab.
2. You should see the course you are supposed to take already outlined for you.
3. If your courses are not there, you can add them by first searching for them and then adding them.
4. When you are sure your courses are complete click on the submit button.
Note: You must submit your online registration form for your course registration process to be complete.
